Project Details: This project was a renovation of existing warehouse space. Work included upgrading the existing MEP, structural and roofing infrastructure and construction of new 2,000 SF of office space and bathrooms. Heavy sitework upgrades we completed to facilitate new concrete truck court and upgrading stormwater system. The project scope also includes integration of new systems with existing, such as lighting controls and building management systems. Installation of Roof Top Mounted Cambridge High Temperature Heating & Ventilation HTHV Space Heating System.
