Project Details: Managed project concept, due diligence, design, entitlements and construction to closeout. 25,000 SF Nucor Prefabricated Facility with 8,000 SF of office. Installation of 10,000 SF Industrial Fueling Facility. Key Design elements included custom which includes fluid handling equipment, wash-bay and extensive electrical distribution. Heavy site work including new underground stormwater retention system for maximizing usable outdoor storage space for client.
