Project Details: Provided Development Services from acquisition to delivery of certificate of occupancy. Work included replacement of existing, MEP, structural and roofing infrastructure. Our team also modified the building envelope to allow for new entrances, drive-in doors, and windows. All new drainage, asphalt, curbing, concrete, fencing, landscaping, sprinkler system. Replaced Roof, 5 new garage door entrances, and new exterior façade.
