Project Details: Renovation includes complete demolition and new build-out as carpet, ceiling, and lighting fixture replacement. Team was involved with the design stage development of space program to “make ready” the space for marketing to a new prospective tenant. Installation of Roof Top Mounted Cambridge High Temperature Heating & Ventilation HTHV Space Heating System. Project scope including new office space, LED lighting, painting interior and exterior façade, parking lot improvements.
